We offer a full refund within 90 days of receiving your journal. We understand that sometimes a product isn't the right fit, and we want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, simply contact our support team at support@brightbecoming.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
- Whether you'd like a refund to your original payment method or store credit

Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:

- Journals must be requested for refund within 90 days of the delivery date
- We do not require you to return the journal—keep it or pass it along to someone who might benefit from it
